Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Delivery Options & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days):

    • FREE on orders above ₹999

    • ₹49 for orders below ₹999

  • Express Shipping (2-4 business days):

    • ₹99 (Major Metro Cities*)

    • ₹149 (Rest of India)

  • International Shipping (10-20 business days):

    • Calculated at checkout (Duties/taxes may apply).

*Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link via Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.

  • Delays? Monsoons, strikes, or remote locations may cause delays. Contact us if your order is overdue.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders up to ₹5,000 (₹30 COD fee applies).

Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Easy Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Not eligible: Opened accessories (screen guards, custom prints).

How to Return?

  1. Email returns@shieldx.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide a free pickup address (or self-ship to our Mumbai warehouse).

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless defective/wrong item).

Exchanges

  • Free replacement for defective/wrong items (we cover return shipping).
