1. User Agreement

By accessing shieldx.com or making a purchase, you agree to:

✅ Account & Orders

• Provide accurate shipping details (including PIN code verification)

• Ensure payment information is correct (UPI, cards, net banking)

• Accept GST invoice with your order

✅ Product Variations

• Colors/textures may differ slightly due to screen settings

• Product dimensions are approximate

✅ Commercial Use

• Personal use only; bulk/commercial resale requires written permission

2. Limitations of Liability

ShieldX is not responsible for:

• Damage caused after delivery (improper handling, accidents)

• Delays due to:

  • Courier services (India Post, Delhivery.)

  • Natural disasters (floods, strikes)

  • Incorrect address provided

• Compatibility issues with phone models not specified in product details

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices in INR (₹) inclusive of GST

• Accepted methods:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD charges apply)

• Bank/card charges for failed transactions are non-refundable

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and "ShieldX" branding are proprietary

• Strictly prohibited:

  • Copying product images/descriptions

  • Reverse-engineering our products

  • Using ShieldX branding without authorization

5. Returns & Disputes

• See our Return Policy for details

• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Refunds processed per RBI guidelines

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Subject to Indian laws (Consumer Protection Act 2019, IT Act 2000)

• Any disputes fall under jurisdiction of Mumbai courts

7. Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Require ID proof for high-value/COD orders

  • Blacklist fraudulent users

8. Policy Updates

• Changes will be notified via website/email

• Continued use = acceptance of revised terms
